ROXI turns the family TV into the ultimate music entertainment hub

Electric Jukebox has launched an alternative to Spotify, Amazon, and Apple style music streaming with their new ROXI music entertainment hub which connects to your existing TV to offer streaming music, games, and more.

ROXI is a small device that connects to your TV via HDMI. You can connect it to speakers too.

The included Wii-style controller has a built-in microphone that lets you use voice search to find your favorite music and artists.

In addition to listening to music, you can also play games like Sing with the Stars, a karaoke sing-along game and a Name That Tune music trivia game.

The ROXI device also offers unlimited access to thousands of internet radio stations from across the world so you never get tired listening to the same old stuff. And for the times when you want to relax, there’s Sound Machine, which includes yoga,  meditation, therapeutic sounds like rain, and white noise.

ROXI from Electric Jukebox is priced at $199 and comes with 1 year of unlimited ad-free streaming access to the full library of 29 million songs and 3 million albums. You can purchase a second year Premium Music Pass for $52.

You can read more about the ROXI at https://www.electricjukebox.com.

Sparkr puts a flashlight and plasma lighter in your pocket

Sparkr from Power Practical is a 400-lumen flashlight that can be used like a traditional flashlight or a small lantern.

But on the other end of the flashlight is a plasma lighter that uses an electrical arc instead of a flame.

The flashlight has 3 brightness settings and is powered by a USB rechargeable battery.

The arc lighter makes it easy to start a campfire even in the wind and rain.

If you’d like the same functionality in an even smaller package, Power Practical offers the Sparkr Mini that is similar in size to a traditional lighter.

It’s also USB rechargeable and has a built-in LED flashlight that produces 15 lumens of light.

The full-size Sparkr flashlight and lighter is priced at $59.99 and the Sparkr Mini is $29.99. You can find more info about both products at powerpractical.com and order from Amazon.

Frontrow is a wearable camera/watch that captures first person timelapse videos

I’ve reviewed a couple wearable cameras like the Narrative Clip that are designed to automatically capture images so you can relive your daily adventures. Love the idea, but so far none of the cameras I’ve tried has really been that impressive. If looks count for anything, the Frontrow wearable hands-free live stream camera and watch has me drooling.

The Frontrow camera can be worn around your neck or clipped to a shirt, belt, etc. It features a touchscreen display on the front that can show the current time.

The device also both a front and rear camera. The front camera is an 8MP and the rear camera is 5MP. It also has a built-in microphone and speaker.

It has 16hrs of battery life per charge and refuels quickly via USB Type-C.

Want to know more about the Frontrow camera? Head over to www.frontrow.com or Amazon where you can buy one now for $399.99.
