Elago is getting nostalgic again this time turning your iPhone into a vintage Macintosh with their new M4 stand

Back in February, I wrote about Elago’s quirky new W3 stand for the Apple Watch which turned your watch into a small replica of the original Macintosh monitor. Well, Elago is going back to the future again with their new M4 stand but this time the stand turns your iPhone into a vintage Macintosh desktop.

The M4 is made of the same scratch – free silicone to prevent damage to your iPhone. There is a space for your lightning cable so you can slide your iPhone into the stand to charge it. While your iPhone is charging you can use it to watch a movie or you can pair it with a Bluetooth keyboard and surf the web or do a little note taking.  The stand also allows for easy access to the iPhones volume up and down buttons. I like that the M4 is a little more functional than its predecessor and the larger screen makes it look more like a real Macintosh.

The M4 iPhone stand is available in both classic white and black models and sells for $29.49. The stand is compatible with iPhone 7, 6s and 6 models only. So if you want to take another trip back to 1984, this time for your iPhone then head over to Elago’s website and say ‘hello’ to the M4 Macintosh stand for iPhone.
