The Q-Swiper makes cleaning your grill easy and safe

I love grilling, what I don’t like, cleaning the grill. The Q-Swiper is an easy to use tool that not only promises to make cleaning your grill easier but safer.

No more wire bristles

The bristle-less cleaning system cleans your grill using a stainless steel scraper to remove burnt on food, a flexible scrubbing pad, and tough, grease-absorbing wipes.

Q-Swiper’s bristle-less design makes it safer to use, no more worrying about loose wire bristles accidentally ending up in your food. It also means less wear & tear on the grill grate.

The pads design makes it easy to use its sides to clean between grill bars.

The strong disposable wipes have small 3D nodules that lift grime while grease is absorbed by the moist wipe.

The wipes also use food-contact safe cleaning agents. So you don’t have to worry about food contamination.

Q-Swiper wipes are safe to clean all grill surfaces including Stainless Steel and Porcelain Coated Grills.

The Q-Swiper starter kit contains one grill pad with stainless steel scraper and 25 grill cleaning wipes and costs $14.99. You can purchase additional wipes in packs of 40 for $11.99Both are available to purchase on Amazon.

Carry your grill with you in this briefcase

Here in the South, barbecue is a cooked food product, usually pork.  In other areas, barbecue apparently means a process for cooking food or the equipment on which it is cooked.  (Bless their hearts!)  Apparently, today we’ll be using the second definition for the Mon Oncle barbecue briefcase from RS Barcelona.

Closed up, the Mon Oncle grill looks like a vintage, leather-wrapped briefcase.  Opened, you’ll find all the components for a tabletop grill.  The base is perforated with holes to allow the air to flow for greater cooking power and for making sure the grill itself doesn’t overheat.  Its size makes it great for using it on a balcony (if allowed at your residence) or for carrying it along on a picnic.  RS Barcelona recommends you use “coconut shell ecological charcoal for its properties: There’s no flame, it retains heat, and generates very little smoke.”

The Mon Oncle grill comes in gray, blue, green, or cream for $390.00 at the RS Barcelona website.  You’ll also find it at Amazon.  (Watch out for pricing at Amazon, though.  The gray one, sold by a third-party seller, is crazy expensive there!)

Beefer brings a High-End steakhouse right to your backyard

Usually, in order to get restaurant quality steak, you had to take a trip to your local steakhouse, not anymore. Now you can have steakhouse quality steak right in your own backyard. Beefer is a small stainless steel high heat grill that cooks at a whopping 1,500 degrees.

The magic temperature for restaurant-quality results when grilling protein like steak.

Bring the heat

The infrared grill uses top mounted ceramic burners that heat up quickly. The high heat sears flavors in and creates a crispy, caramelized crust on meat in seconds. The grill is not only for steak it’s also perfect for things like chicken, fish, flatbread pizzas and even your favorite veggies.

Cooking in the grill is done from the top down so all the juices from the meat drip down into a pan at the bottom. Perfect for making delicious sauces.

The grill runs on propane and is sized to fit any outdoor space. And because of its size, it’s easy to move around.

Beefer is made in Germany and comes with everything you need to get started. Along with the grill, you get two drip-catching trays, one pair of grill gloves, two grill grates, one handle for moving grates, and a 39” long gas hose.

The cost of bringing the steakhouse to your backyard isn’t cheap. Beefer costs $899 and is available on The Grommet.

The Burger Master is here to make your summer BBQ easier

We’ve all been there before. You’re having a BBQ for friends or family which usually means making lots and lots of burgers. Making all of those patties takes time and can be pretty messy. The Burger Master by Shape + Store can help you with that.

More burgers faster

Burger Master is essentially a burger press that allows you to make up to eight uniform quarter pound patties at the same time. Just fill the tray with meat (2lbs of ground meat) and press the top. No fuss and less muss.

The best part is it also acts as a freezer storage container. Now you can make those patties ahead of time or freeze leftover patties for later. And Burger Master isn’t just for burgers.  It can also be used for freezing individual portions of chili, soups, pasta sauce, cookie dough, and more. It can also be used as a cooler pack when filled with frozen liquids.

The Burger Master is made of non-toxic plastic with separate compartments that help prevent freezer burn and keeps patties from sticking together. And it stacks in the freezer for easy storage.

Dishwasher safe so clean-up is easy.

The Shape + Store Burger Master sells for $24.99 and is available on Amazon.
