NEWS – Nike’s updated Metcon XD Patch trainers are an update to Nike’s line of Metcon training shoes. They combine the proven construction of the rest of the Metcon line with an updated 3D print upper designed to improve durability. The inegrated Flywire cables lock your feet in place for improved fit during training. These shoes are optimized for gym use and are not intended for outdoor activities.
The soles are built with a sticky rubber that improves traction for training activities such as sled pushes. The rubber wraps around the midfoot to help protect the shoes during rope climbs.
The midsoles are a drop-in design which allows forefoot flexibility while maintaining heel stability to prevent injuries and blisters.
The rear portion of the uppers are covered in loop material for attaching hook-backed patches to you can personalize your shoes using patches that you already have, or use the color-matched starter set that comes with the trainers.
The shoes come in three colors
- Elemental Gold (tan)
- Dark Stucco (gray)
