Dine like you’re at Hogwarts

You maybe didn’t get your letter to Hogwarts, but you can dine as if you did with this Harry Potter Hogwarts House dinnerware.  The 16-piece set has four place settings, each with a dinner plate, salad plate, bowl, and cup.  There’s one place setting for each House, decorated with an illustration of the House and edged with a quote from the Sorting Hat and a couplet for that House.

Back in my day, composition books were only available with those black-and-white speckled covers.  Now you can get them with most everything on the covers, but none of those designs will be as appealing to your Harry Potter fans as these notebooks are.  ThinkGeek has a set of four composition books with the Hogwarts’ House crests on the front covers and the Hogwarts’ crest on the back.

Juniper Books has designed a set of Harry Potter books with special book jacket designs created for each of the houses at Hogwarts.  The books in our image are for Gryffindor.  These books are based on the hardcover version issued by Scholastic Books.  Juniper says they “buy heirloom quality hardcover books from publishers we love and respect. For our jacketed sets, we design, print, and fold each cover by hand to ensure a beautiful set you will treasure forever. Our jackets should be thought of more as art prints than the typical jackets which come from publishers.”  Each set is then stored in a cardboard trunk that looks like something a Hogwarts student might use it to take their belongings to school.
