If you love using your smartphone as your primary camera, then you will appreciate the new iPhone Camera Bag from WaterField Designs of San Francisco California. This small shoulder bag will hold all your small clip-on lenses, cables, and other accessories that you need when you’re shooting on the go and don’t want to stuff your pockets with gear.

Available in black ballistic nylon for $99 or premium leather for $129, this small zippered bag features an over the shoulder or around the waist design with a customizable padded interior.

There are even straps on the bottom that can be used to hold a small tripod.

The iPhone Camera bag (you can use it with other phones too, I won’t tell) is available for order now with shipping on 9/27. Visit sfbags.com for all the details.

Journey far and wide with the new Stack Pack from Topo Design’s Spring Collection

“Classic Modern Mountain” is how Topo Designs describes their distinctive style. This Colorado-based maker of outdoor gear & apparel is known for products that feature simple functional design, exceptional craftsmanship, and distinctive color schemes. The new Stack Pack offers flexible organization for work, travel, and hiking expeditions.

The two-chamber design of the Stack Pack offers plenty of options to sort out your gear. At 11″ by 17″, the generous main compartment includes a built-in laptop sleeve. The front compartment panel unzips on three sides, allowing full access to multiple mesh organizer pockets for your quick-access items. Compression straps, two water bottle side pockets, a pair of gear loops, and an external bungee rig provide plenty of options for mission-specific extras. As with all Topo products, you also have an assortment of funky color schemes to choose from that will stand out in a crowd. The overall size of the bag checks in at about 17 liters, which seems just about right for a day trips, travel carry-on, or the work commute.

All of Topo Designs products are handmade in an environmentally-friendly facility in Colorado. I can attest to the quality and durability of their gear from personal experience (I own a Rover Pack). Check out the $98 Stack Pack and the whole Spring Collection at Topo Designs web site.
